It is with presence that we start to see our path unfold. Rooted in making conscious choices from a place of purpose, rather than allow our judgment to be clouded by fear. Moving with intention and letting go of fear.

Change is the catalyzer to the growth, healing, and transformation within us, preparing us for the people, places and things on our path.

So much of becoming is how we intentionally choose to react, respond, and relive moments that required strength that we never knew we had.

We allow ourselves the luxury in assuming that our choices are insignificant.

I want to share some counter-intuitive wisdom: you can experience joy in best and worst of times. Dare to hope that happiness will find you,

Even in severing ties from those we deemed were toxic family members around us, it is crucially imperative to also sever the ties within us,

Peace comes at a cost. For most of us this translates as a loss, or an ending, of something familiar. I will always gladly defend peace.

It is an interesting dichotomy to reflect on… the idea that how we choose, is the clearest reflection of the person we have chosen to become

I have taken wrong turns, I have been impulsive, careless, and dangerously oblivious to the relay between my responses and relationships.

We knew how to heal our mental, psychological and emotional states long before psychology became a serious school of study. We need to feel.

We can lay blame, or take blame… shrug our shoulders and call it a day. Or we can take the responsibility of the ways we chose to show up...

However innocent our intentions might be, or not, life holds each one of us accountable to our actions.
