I want to share some counter-intuitive wisdom: you can experience joy in best and worst of times. Dare to hope that happiness will find you,

Peace comes at a cost. For most of us this translates as a loss, or an ending, of something familiar. I will always gladly defend peace.

I have taken wrong turns, I have been impulsive, careless, and dangerously oblivious to the relay between my responses and relationships.

In truth, we are all aware that we need to give ourselves the time to heal (without the pressure), and learn to trust the process.

We can lay blame, or take blame… shrug our shoulders and call it a day. Or we can take the responsibility of the ways we chose to show up...

I’ll share my good and ugly parts. Hopefully, if you took the time to look and see, you'll allow yourself the privilege of also being seen.

The call for growth is often masked as challenge, disruption, and change. Circumstances we couldn’t have expected, nor could've anticipated.

Despite the rumours spread and schemes prepared, this love shattered through those plans - because this love is preeminent.

Beyond the realm of logic exists a realm beyond the realm of choice. That I am you, and you are me, we are an extension of each other.

Unanticipated and unexpected, newfound hope has been ignited, it seems that the bitter endings were making way for a fresh new start.

Whether the delay is to promote our growth, or the pitfalls were to strengthen our character, we cannot lose sight of our North Star.

Understanding that our emotions are energy in motion, demanding our attention, our actions, and to be set free.

Fresh new starts are packaged as the thoughts, beliefs, and desires we each conceive with our mind’s eye. Each of us can to launch a new era

Mother Nature provides each of us the permission to shed past versions of self. Release the energy that no longer serves us into the earth.

Waiting requires that we maintain momentum. We keep working, all the while trusting and believing that in due time, we reap what we sow.

While often overlooked and undervalued, character and conviction is birthed in the trials and tribulations we faced, conquered, and buried.

Aligning ourselves to security, stability, or safety… All in the name of responsibility. When really, we’re selling ourselves short.

The greatest moments of life are made of these experiences. In every moment we choose, for better or worse we decide to be and to become.

Embracing your journey, allowing the steps to unfold, will align you to the right things... for you, for now. Dare to decide what comes next
