Mother Nature provides each of us the permission to shed past versions of self. Release the energy that no longer serves us into the earth.

Waiting requires that we maintain momentum. We keep working, all the while trusting and believing that in due time, we reap what we sow.

While often overlooked and undervalued, character and conviction is birthed in the trials and tribulations we faced, conquered, and buried.

Aligning ourselves to security, stability, or safety… All in the name of responsibility. When really, we’re selling ourselves short.

The greatest moments of life are made of these experiences. In every moment we choose, for better or worse we decide to be and to become.

Embracing your journey, allowing the steps to unfold, will align you to the right things... for you, for now. Dare to decide what comes next

If fighting for your dreams ends up being the fight for your life, let it be the opportunity for you to see what you were made of all along.

The hero and the villain are our own construction and while we may be one or the other to another, be the hero not the villain to ourselves.

Rather than obsess about the time we have, or don't, learn to focus on the energy you have and can create. Never feeling entitled to time.

Living requires letting go. Moving forward in alignment with our hopes, desires and expectations, but letting go of how events unfold.

Few would discount the beauty in growth. We revel in wonderment as we reflect on trials past, considering our own evolution; a byproduct...

Even if we’re falling, or failing, everyday that we make an effort, we are authoring our own story. Victors and not victims of circumstance.

To derive meaning in this life, we must learn to go inward. Making peace with ourselves, and harnessing our innate ability to create life.
